a different life

One more photo of Oliver being thoughtful in the summer evening breeze and sun that was
taken in August 2013 when he was 23 weeks old. After this there's going to be one more, only one more I promise, and then we're going to change subject abruptly. I promise :3 In the post-processing I really didn't do much other than enhancing the natural warm tones ;3

Enjoy <3

Photo taken with Manual settings - the shallow DOF and bokeh are 100% natural and lens-made, no textures applied.

Shot with a Canon PowerShot SX1 IS
Full View highly recommended | I hope you'll like it!

Honestly there isn't much to say about this. It's a beautiful piece of art, and I love the expression of the cat. The body angle is perfect to fit the background, and the light is stunning against the pelt. The only thing I would suggest is to take a tiny bit more of a worm's eye view of the face and chest. I think it would give the gaze a bit more of a majestic, lost-in-thought quality. It would also create a golden outline of the cat's silhouette, which I think would look simply amazing. Otherwise, this photo is amazing… I wish I could take photos like this. Amazing job!
