I Thought that the layers of snow on the grass made it more beautiful than it was and the white of the snow and the green grass contrasts in a way that its almost a natural feeling of coziness and warmth and coldness together where it cancels each other out in a way. and i get the vibe of winter's here spring is soon to arrive, since the grass is popping out of the snow, but the layers of snow covering the grass yet. and it's really nice photography overall. one of my favorites on Deviant Art. i love it.

The photo is truly spectacular--I can practically feel the ice on those blades of grass. I only gave it a 4 for originality because I've seen pictures of grass and snow before, but overall the photographer really had a grasp on the image. The effect is ideal, and the focus really makes the photo pop.

I'd like to know what kind of lens you used on this. The detail of the snow is amazing, and while I wish the grass was a bit greener to add more contrast, the ultimate effect is great. Nicely done, and keep up the good work! :)

You actually have snow and grass! I'm jealous.

Stunning capture. My first thought on i: How light weight and fluffy the snow appears. With it just resting on top of the the firm grass like it is.
