.:: Dancing On Water ::.

Male Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos)


I returned to the park looking for autumn colours and was rewarded with a new pond layout with several mallards peacefully swimming around it. I've been stalking them for several minutes waiting for the perfect capture to come up and here it is.
My first serious waterfowl shot and I like it so much, with a worringly silly grin on my face because I've been waiting for something like for quite long.

Beautiful shot. Though, I do have to ask, were you in a "fowl" mood when you took this one? Sorry, had to go there. You can never go wrong with a well placed pun.
