I used to have some budgies too when I was a child. =D
But I've always loved "love-birds" more even if my parents didn't want to buy me a couple of them because I remember that they were really expensive here. What a pity! :(
Now I've got two cats and I don't think it would be a good idea to get some birds and/or rodents.
