About these polaroids...
I see them as a way to relax and have fun with digital postprocessing. I like to browse through the pages of stock photos at Stock.XCHNG and pick a picture that catches my inspiration, then turn it into something different by working on the colours, filters, and textures. That's it. I focus on the result, not on the editing process - as simple or as complicated as it may be - and I aim for something that is pleasing to the eye, no matter how real or unreal it may seem, at the same time keeping in mind that any work of photomanipulation is simply not real.

So lovely! I wish I could afford a polaroid, I love that little size and the white frame. (well, not the camera itself, but the film! It's so darn expensive ;))

Really enjoyed the editing process you did. Congrats on the great work!

I had a hard time trying to find maneki neko's for awhile. You're lucky enough to gather them all in one shot. ;)
