Vision: This photo is great because it is showing things coming to a end.
Unfortunately, things cant stay forever.

Originality: I have not seen many pictures with this idea.

Technique: I think your skill in this photo is quite amazing. I like how the leaf isn't center stage, the background is blurred just the right amount and the image is just the right size..
One thing that I would have liked to see is the right bottom corner of the leaf in focus.

Impact: This photo makes me hear chickadees chirping and the fog of a early spring morning.
